You will learn the basic principles of Pilates and how to utilise these principals for pelvic and scapular stability, core strengthening, spine mobility and will engage in a full body workout on the reformer.
Confident with all basic principles and can comfortably maintain flexion.
Increased challenge in all areas for the abdominals, spine mobility and flexibility, lower and upper body as well as providing a variety of exercises for a full body workout.
Use of props etc. are used to ensure each movement can be modified or progressed for clients.
Safe full body workout for pregnant clients with limited spinal flexion. This class will focus on core strength, stability and flexibility in the body while maintaining a level of general fitness throughout your pregnancy.
Suitable for clients from 12 weeks subject to medical clearance.
